I was just in an accident. What now?
First, be sure all occupants, including yourself, are safe and immediately contact proper authorities/law enforcement. Move your vehicle to a safe area if possible. Can my insurance company require me to have my vehicle fixed at a certain body shop/collision center?
No. You are able to have your vehicle fixed at the location of your choosing. Insurance companies may have preferred body shops due to prenegotiated rates or other factors, but you need to make sure you fix your vehicle at the location you know has your best interests in mind.

Do I have to have more than one estimate?
You do not need to have more than one estimate. When you receive your estimate from your insurance adjustor, we will begin the process of ordering the parts needed to start the repair.

No, you do not. To make the process easier and more convenient. you can leave your vehicle with us and have your insurance adjuster to the appraisal here. We work closely with most insurance companies and will be able to advise them of any work and repairs that need to be completed on your vehicle.

Yes, we do! If we are currently repairing your vehicle, a rental may be provided when available or we will help arrange one with a local car rental company. Please ask our Collision Center team at the time you bring your vehicle in. Also, check with your insurance carrier for rental coverage.

What information do I need to file an insurance claim after an accident?
- Insurance policy number - this is usually listed on your insurance card
- The date of the accident
- Where the accident occurred, the locationÂ
- A description of how the accident occurred
- Name, address, license plate, and insurance information of the other party involved. This information can usually be found on the police report.

How long should my repair take?
There are many factors to take into consideration regarding repair times. For example, the amount of damage to your vehicle, the availability of parts needed to complete your repair, additional damage found during the repair process, or communication and/or approvals from you or your insurance company, are just a few of the reasons repair times can fluctuate. While we do our best to provide an accurate completion date, any number of factors can change the completion timeframe and we will stay in communication with you on updates.
